Cebollajo by Casa del Tío
More Than Dinner
Cebollajo is a four-course tasting menu cooked by Chef Raymond and his team — rooted in Oaxacan flavors and techniques, built on what Baja California Sur gives each day: fish from the Sea of Cortez, vegetables from local growers, tortillas off a wood-fired comal. It isn’t à la carte. You sit down, and the kitchen takes care of the rest.
